We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who will be responsible for various material handling functions that directly supports daily business operations for the Loveland facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage incoming deliveries along with the unloading, processing, sorting and storage of the received products/materials/components in a timely manner utilizing material handling equipment. Maintain accurate receiving/inventory records that effectively documents the internal product flow. Examine, monitor, and audit stock and distribute materials accordingly. Follow Kanban practices daily to ensure all material replenishment is properly received, distributed, and stored/kitted.
  • Perform manual and clerical shipping duties utilizing various systems (WMS) involved in receipt and preparation of outbound materials/goods/components for shipment. Collaborates, coordinates, monitors, and manages workflow assisting in the scheduling and prioritization of outbound shipments. Maintain compliance with relevant local, country, and international guidelines. Provides accurate timely reporting on the status of outbound shipments.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • High School/GED equivalency with 2+ years logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in a Shipping/Receiving role. Experience with operating material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to lift (up to) 50-lbs and work overtime as needed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Computer skills and data entry knowledge / MS Office or Windows.
  • Strong math, communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented performer that is results driven with a strong sense of time organization and urgency.

The hourly range for this role is $ $23.00 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
