Job Description

We're looking for an Integration Specialist who is obsessed with delivering world-class service to join our vibrant company that's growing fast. This role will be a key-player on our support staff and tasked with responding to customer inquiries lightning fast while being available at a moment's notice when customers call for help.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinates integration workflow for Welcome/Onboarding Steps and Implementation Team
  • Learn the platform, eventually becoming a SME for all new integration product configurations
  • Follow up on all emails and phone calls from customers regarding new or current integrations
  • Setting up new integrations for all ePayPolicy clients as well as answering questions and guiding clients' developers on using ePayPolicy's APIs to create custom integrations
  • Informing and educating other departments (Account Management, Sales, and Implementation Teams) about ePayPolicy's integration options
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, including but not limited to, reading code for the integration, testing integration credentials to ensure that they are viable, making test API calls to a management system, and meeting with clients and partners to troubleshoot
  • Creating and reforming processes related to the set-up and troubleshooting of integrations
  • Updating documentation based on feature changes, new functionality, and issue discovery
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners (Dev & Product teams) to set up integrations and troubleshoot issues that cannot be handled by the Integrations team alone
  • Detailed problem-solving to identify complexities and advance ownership of processes and resolving issues

You may be a good fit if:

  • You have at least 2+ years of Customer Support experience at a SaaS company. Experience in the insurance payments industry and or payments is a plus
  • You have outstanding time management and organization skills
  • You're reliable, flexible, resourceful, and thrive while working autonomously
  • You're able to think on your feet and solve problems
  • You can prioritize tasks and incoming requests accordingly
  • You're very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You're able to pick up new concepts quickly and teach others
  • You're experienced working in a team environment and juggling multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
  • Experience in coordinating groups with multiple calendars and schedules
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, SQL and custom integrations
  • Experience in Google Suite, Google Docs, and Salesforce required
  • Familiarity using applications like Postman, Swagger UI, and GitHub a plus
