Be in charge of managing global integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and tests that support the company's job seeker organization.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, set ambitious goals, and work proactively to lead campaigns through the full cycle from briefing through to execution and analysis.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns.Integrated Marketing Campaigns Specialist Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional relationships across the organization including creative, lifecycle, growth, product, category, partnerships, legal, employer, and country teams.
Write marketing creative and channel briefs, partnering with key teams to gather relevant insights and data to inform strategy.
Manage creation, execution, QA and launch of test or campaign assets (landing pages, email, social, video, promos, product notifications, etc.), providing timely, thoughtful feedback.
Partner with the Project Manager to create and manage timeline milestones and project trackers, ensuring all parties meet deadlines.Track and measure campaign performance. Optimize based on results.
Consult and share best practices with country teams.
Report wins/learnings while regularly communicating progress to campaign stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of B2C experience, project management, multiple marketing channels, understanding of creative, collaborative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
