Who we are

We're looking for a talented Product Manager to help define and execute the future product strategy for China.

You come from a strong data analytics background and can effectively analyze product and business metrics to inform priorities You identify and prioritize work that yields high ROI for the company, and you are capable of making hard trade-offs You're excited about defining and executing against a high-impact roadmap and partnering closely with engineering & the business You can define clear product requirements You consistently seek feedback because it has the ability to turn good work into great work You are passionate about fitness and wellness industry and enjoy making visible impact to the wellbeing of customers all around China Ideally you have experience working on WeChat Mini-programs You like to ship software early and often, you value simplicity and strive to eliminate unnecessary complexity

About the role:

Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to product and business health. Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of the product roadmap. Use data-driven insights to inform the product roadmap and strategy, identifying opportunities that align with user needs and business goals. Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization, and work collaboratively with engineers, designers and other product owners to define, implement and iterate on new and existing features and capabilities Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different features and strategies on user behavior and product performance. Be the voice of the user. Lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other customer touchpoints. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform key product decisions that address user needs. Stay updated on market trends, emerging tech and competitor offerings to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive.

Skills and experience:

You have a strong analytical background with proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a related field. You're adept at turning data into actionable insights and can clearly communicate these findings to inform strategic decisions. You possess a strong understanding of product m anagement processes and have experience working with software such as JIRA. You have a proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner. You have strong product intuition based on experience, but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data. You have at least 3 years of experience in a data analyst role and sufficient product management experience. You are fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.Have we piqued your curiosity?
