Dover Family Practice

Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventative health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

We are constantly aiming to improve access for patients and to meet the evolving health care needs of the communities we serve. The Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time LPN or RN to work 1, 7-hour shift per week to support this practice. Ideally, this shift will be on Tuesdays from 9:30am-5:00pm.

The responsibilities of this role will consist of primarily phone triage in a call center style, with limited face-to-face patient interaction. The Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns and education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

The ideal candidate profile is an experienced, adaptable Nurse who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current active licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in NH required.
  • BLS certification required prior to hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a community-based ambulatory setting preferred.
