Field Service Technician Role:

Tennant Company's Service team, with over 500 technicians in the US and Canada, plays a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of cleaning equipment. As a Field Service Technician, you will diagnose and repair equipment issues, providing quality service to customers and contributing to Tennant Company's success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance and resolving complex problems
  • Owning territory management and daily scheduling
  • Collaborating with internal partners for success

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Vocational schooling in relevant fields
  • Experience working with customers and mobile equipment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform various physical tasks daily
  • Frequent driving to customer sites
