  • Dedicate yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction for a welcoming experience
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and problem-solving skills for the store's success
  • Manage staff and maintain high standards of excellence and cleanliness
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations
  • Oversee the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC.
  • Motivate and manage a team of employees by offering guidance, training, and feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively by ordering stock and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment as an Assistant Store Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required for this role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills are essential qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a key requirement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary for success in this position

Compensation:
$45,000 + Bonus Eligibility
