Production Associate/Machine Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Marlborough, MA to bring on Production/Machine Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp or temp to hire positions.
Hours:
1st shift: 4:30am – 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 12:00am
Pay:
1st Shift: 18.50/hour
2nd Shift: $19.50/hour

Responsibilities: Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality. Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care. Report any machinery issues to management. Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area.Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management. Follow all written and verbal instructions. Attend all safety and production trainings. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years' experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.Flexible schedule and willingness to work on different shifts preferred. Must be available for weekends/occasional overtime. Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Basic computer skillsGood communication skillsWillingness to always comply with all safety guidelines. Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching. Able to operate large industrial machinery. Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Able to work 8-hour shifts standing. Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
