  • Ordering office supplies

  • Dealing with all the vendors that service administrative aspects of the operation (Security Company, Vending, HVAC, Roof Vendor, JLL/Property management Co. etc.)
  • Calling for repair and service calls, when necessary, opening and maintaining JLL Ticketing System, assisting with ticketing
    requests
  • Setup and decorate office for every special occasion/holidays.
  • Taking care of any other office related situations when they arise
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience of office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
