General Summary of Position
Provides the primary interface between Human Resources (HR), ERP and Information Services Departments. Responsible for understanding user needs and maintaining HRIS applications to support the decision-making and operations of HR. Serves on HRIS project teams. Analyzes and evaluates current and future user requirements, procedures, and issues to assist in the technical development of in-house HR applications. Configures HR System platforms in accordance with user requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration required or
- related field required or
- an equivalent combination of education and related experience. required
Experience
- 3-4 years Experience in the maintenance and updating of proprietary computer systems, preferably the Peoplesoft system. Experience with the end-user role in developing products and/or processes to support HR. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong problem solving, and analytic ability to evaluate and translate to system design and set up.
- Knowledge of computer languages.
- Knowledge of office application products, i.e., Word, Excel, Teams and Power Platforms
- Knowledge of database elements, relationships and query concepts.
- Knowledge of Human Resources information and practices.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write user documentation and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Ability to keep HR data confidential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
