About This Job

Within the Commercial Centralized Operations department, compile and analyze financial information submitted by each business unit. Support senior management business decisions through financial reports and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage BI tools to analyze data and provide recommendations on commercial lending strategy
  • Communicate results and recommendations to senior management and business partners
  • Identify opportunities to apply quantitative methods to improve business performance
  • Develop training programs and materials for junior teammates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Economics, Finance, Statistics, or similar quantitative field of study (Math, Economics, Financial Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.)
  • 5+ years' data analytics
  • Expertise in SQL and Tableau
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successfully manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Track record of delivering accurate results

Preferred:

  • Graduate degree
  • Excel and Python
