About this role:

we're seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented Implementation Manager to join the team. Job Responsibilities

Requirements Mastery:
Utilize various methods, including surveys, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, to gather detailed requirements from restaurant merchants.Collaborative Analysis:
Work closely with the product team to execute detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for restaurant onboarding.Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the system implementation phase for restaurant merchants.Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of onboarding projects, showcasing strong project planning and organizational abilities.Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and implementation of client-specific solutions.Experience / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.At least two years of work experience in product operations or a related field.Vital project planning and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
