As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for solving challenging conceptual problems, assisting with building a fulfillment infrastructure capable of delivering tens of millions of meals per month, innovating around operations strategy to improve the profitability of our core product, and much more. You will also be responsible for Supervisors and Leads on your shift to help ensure compliance with safety, organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Objectives of this Role

Fully understand our business from farm to table, and use data to identify areas where we can improve business decisions
Develop reports and dashboards that will advance daily operations within our nationwide fulfillment centers
Travel and be an integral part of our launch team for new and exciting initiatives in our fulfillment centers in New Jersey and California
Develop creative solutions to unique problems within a newly evolving industry

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Skills and Requirements

People management experience
An extremely strong bias towards action and proactivity – you are able to distill clarity from chaos, enjoy taking initiative without specific instructions and are constantly seeking greater and more exciting responsibilities
An obsession with being organized - you are reliable, punctual and never let things slip through the cracks. Your life is a series of (completed) to-do lists.
The ability to build beautiful Excel-based tools and presentations – you have a very strong sense of design and the ability to not only build striking dashboards and action-inspiring presentations, but to empathize with those who are consuming your work
A love for people and a thirst for challenging management issues – you are friendly, charming and people love to work with you. You are able to put your strong EQ into practice in a business context.

Experience / Education

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, leave of absence, accommodations and workers compensation administration, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with full cycle recruitment experience
