Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Assign daily tasks to housemen and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Assist in cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and meeting spaces.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials.
Maintain accurate inventory to facilitate ordering of supplies as needed and ensure they are stocked and readily available for the team.
Track and report any damages or deficiencies in rooms and public areas.
