Licensed Architect Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
  • 5-15 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Registered as a Licensed Architect preferred (or in the process of obtaining).

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience in Industrial Projects.
  • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
  • Knowledge of building technology fundamentals.
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for start-to-finish project management.
  • Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of interior design concepts.
  • Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
  • Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for projects, including drawings, models, and materials.
  • Use software to design, sketch, and provide project drawings.
  • Professional client development skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
