Medical Receptionist

A medical office in Aiea is looking for a sharp, service-oriented medical receptionist to join their team until the end of August. TB clearance is required, and previous medical experience is a plus. Full-time, Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 8:30am-12:00pm

Location
Aiea, Oahu

Pay
$18 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Prepare charts.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Previous medical experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • TB clearance required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficient problem solving.
