Medical Receptionist

A medical office in Aiea is looking for a service-oriented medical receptionist to join their team until the end of August. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out. This is a temporary full-time position that starts ASAP and will go through the end of August.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to start ASAP and commit through the end of August.

Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 8:30am-12:00pm

Location
Aiea, Oahu

Pay
$18 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Prepare charts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Previous medical experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit through the end of August.
  • TB clearance required.
