Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable highperformance software solutions using Core Java and Spring Boot tailored for IoT applications in the retail sector.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate IoT solutions that enhance vendor management processes.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency scalability and stability of various systems and applications.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality testing and maintainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements in Core Java and IoT services.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the security and data privacy aspects of IoT solutions are rigorously addressed.
  • Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Core Java and developing IoT solutions using Spring Boot is essential.
  • Strong background in Vendor Management within the Retail domain is required.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies are highly desirable.
