Job Title: Sr. Syndigo PIM/ MDM Support Engineer

Location: United States

Duration: Full Time

Proficiency in supporting Syndigo PIM/ MDM and Java Applications

We are looking for candidate in India or Canada who has valid work permit/Visa to relocate to USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for Syndigo RiverSand (Product Information Management) platforms and Java applications.
  • Long term fixes for recurring issues, raising change requests and coordination with CAB for releases
  • Timely communication with Walmart stakeholders specially product owner and leads Weekly Status reports
  • Work with Syndigo team in reporting and getting resolution of product issues
  • Documenting configuration changes and maintaining version control including Supporting pre & post release activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syndigo including integrations, Java application functionality, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Analyze system logs and monitoring tools to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
