We are looking for an to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
Reporting directly to the Controller, the works side-by-side with the Controller to lead and direct the company's accounting functions. Establish and maintain the company's overall accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Direct all analysis and reporting of financial information. Present findings and recommendations to management.

Manage and streamline month-end close process including the review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Responsible for timely and accurate financial statements.
Ensure accounting policies and procedures conform to US GAAP standard.
Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Supervise accounting functions, GL accountants, accounts payable, and cash application.
Perform/review monthly reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts.
Assist with financial reporting packages and management presentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental and company standards and regulations including 1099.
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly review and annual audits.
Provides department managers with detailed financial and management reports.
Partner with management to implement recommendations to ensure compliance.
Assist in special projects and ad hoc requests as required.

Bachelor's degree in accounting
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
3+ years of experience managing accounting teams
Active CPA preferred
Experience in Oracle NetSuite
Demonstrate experience in applying US GAAP
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Highly motivated self-starter
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions
Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels

$130-150k
