We are currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans.

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care in a supportive environment that upholds the rights and dignity of each resident.
  • Show respect and attentiveness to the unique needs of our residents and their families.
  • Support residents according to their personalized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes to enhance resident care.
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and rights at all times.
  • Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record system.
  • Report any changes in residents' conditions promptly.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Promote resident comfort and well-being by responding to their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Take vital signs and record them accurately.
  • Help residents with ambulation and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
  • Accompany residents to appointments and activities as needed.
