We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Lead to join our Remote growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS) for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live and post-launch support
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage a team of implementation specialists and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
  • Oversee client training and ensure successful adoption of the product/service
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred, or demonstrably strong project management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with [Company Product/Service] or similar solutions a plus
