Duties
  • You will serve as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Military) responsible for planning, monitoring, and implementing military personnel management.
  • You will manage military personnel (enlisted/officer) strength within the organization.
  • You will maintain current and projected unit strength data, gathering input from and ensuring input to reports, utilizing military HR personnel databases such as the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army.
  • You will request replacement and reassignment actions for enlisted and officer personnel based on projected requirements.
  • You will monitor status of current and projected vacancies. Proposes assignments of military personnel based on proper utilization, mission, and individual professional development needs.
