Duties
  • Serve as senior staff member in the Civilian Human Resources Division (CHRD), HQs, US Army Pacific (USARPAC), G1.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to command/major subordinate command (MSC) staff/management officials on civilian personnel policies and programs.
  • Strength management program manager for the command, responsible for compiling and preparing data submission for the command Quality Strength Management Report.
  • Prepare materials in response to inquiries from a variety of sources related to command strength, accession, retention, and attrition.
  • Participate in command Town Halls and Civilian Review Boards (CRBs).
  • Conduct workshops and training to ensure the effective administration of the command civilian human resources management program.
