Drafts, analyzes, and interprets legislation, executive orders, directives, and regulations governing the operations, organization, and oversight of intelligence activities in SOCNORTH and in the DoD and inter-agency intelligence community's interactions with SOF in the USNORTHCOM AOR, and worldwide as necessitated by SOCNORTH CT and CWMD missions in defense of the Homeland.

As Administrative Law and Ethics Attorney, conducts legal research and renders legal opinions concerning a wide variety of matters pertaining to the interpretation and application of laws, regulations and other directives affecting the administration of operations at SOCNORTH.

This legal advice spans a wide variety of legal issues across the complete range of administrative and civil law.

Responsible to ensure the core classified national information protection security disciplines of information are fully covered from a policy and programmic view point to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements.
