Sr. Actuarial Associate

Profile Summary
We seek a highly motivated individual contributor who can take ownership of one or more of a variety of modeling requirements for as part of the ALM Production Team.
Responsibilities include the following:
Profile Description:
- Responsible for coordinating the overall CFT process and aggregating results for various stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
- Review and analyze results to communicate to management, with an emphasis on clear, concise explanations
- Compile and update company filings to various regulators (certifications, memorandums, opinions, etc.)
- Agility to balance multiple projects, timelines, and process enhancement initiatives
- Assist with Modeling-related Transformation initiatives and M&A projects, as needed
- Develop solutions that contribute to quality improvements and/or work process effectiveness
- Maintain/create clear, relevant, robust documentation for processes you are responsible for
- Opportunities to lead cross-functional projects in Agile work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related business discipline preferred
- Near or recent ASA
- 3-5 years of actuarial experience, with a base understanding of insurance products (experience with modeling, experience in Prophet is a plus)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast paced environment
- Effective oral and written communicator with the ability to convey technical topics to multiple audiences (both actuarial and non-actuarial)
- Excellent computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel, Visual Basic, and Python. Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), SQL, or AWS is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented, possess good problem solving skills, well organized, have a positive attitude, and be able to work effectively in a team environment

In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
- West Chester, PA and Charlotte, NC: $115K - $140K
