What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and implement commercial and market plans to increase Service revenue in key customer segments
  • Create sales tools and training to target the right personas and move customers through the buying cycle
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Maximize competitive advantage through market trend analysis and competitor assessment
  • Lead communication campaigns to generate service solution demand and sales

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 14 years of experience in service/solution sales, service P&L leadership, or commercial marketing with a Bachelors or 12 years with Masters
  • Minimum 6 years in clinical diagnostics or medical products industry
  • Ability to travel 25% domestically

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • MBA or Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in creating new business opportunities and developing strong working relationships
  • Project management with strong analytics and planning experience
  • Experience working with executive teams and external customers
