Job Description
Sr. Advisory Specialist Solution Consultant - ERP Creator Workflows
ServiceNow is looking for an experienced Solution Consultant who specializes in presales and is an expert in engaging with customers to provide innovative business solutions. This role requires expertise in SAP and Oracle ERP systems, along with related technologies such as BTP, ECC, S/4 HANA, Ariba, and Coupa. As a Solution Consultant, you will be instrumental in architecting custom solutions on the Now Platform and low-code app development tools to address business challenges. Your impact will be crucial in supporting Sales and driving the success of our ERP modernization products for platforms like SAP and Oracle.

What you will do in this role:

  • Collaborate with the ERP Transformation Creator Workflows Solution Sales to develop a go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Champion the Low Code App Engine for ERP product line and create scenarios to demonstrate the integration of ERP with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Support product sales as a technical expert in ERP Modernization within a client-facing pre-sales team.
  • Lead workshops to understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
  • Address technical queries related to the product from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide insights to product management for enhancements that add value to customers and the market.
  • Share best practices and assets with other Solution Consultants and Partners to improve team efficiency.
  • Stay informed about market differentiators and competitive analysis.
  • Engage with the ERP community as a thought leader on developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Utilize domain expertise in marketing to shape the messaging around ERP Modernization.


Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • An in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by organizations using ERP Systems like SAP and Oracle.
  • Experience with SAP Build and SAP BTP is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering with SaaS or PaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow low code platform or other low-code cloud software solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP, either in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP data models and integration capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with various teams including product management, product marketing, channel partners, and professional services.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially when engaging with C-level audiences.
  • Effective territory management skills and the ability to build and manage pipelines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (30-50%).
