Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:· Safely & accurately show fans to designated seating · Be "aggressively friendly" to all guests · Be prepared to listen to guests & help address any concerns they may have · Seek out opportunities to talk with guests & get to know season ticket holders in their respective sections · Walk entire section stairs between innings to ensure all guests do not have needs · Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications, Skills, and
Experience Required:· Safely & accurately show fans to designated seating · Be "aggressively friendly" to all guests · Be prepared to listen to guests & help address any concerns they may have · Seek out opportunities to talk with guests & get to know season ticket holders in their respective sections · Walk entire section stairs between innings to ensure all guests do not have needs · Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to withstand hot and humid temperatures as well as frigid temperatures
  • Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
