Compensation: Guaranteed first year salary starting $265k. Great comprehensive benefits include student loan repayment, hiring and relocation bonus, malpractice (no tail coverage needed), PTO, 8 holidays, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, CME allowance and time.
