Your Role in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine within the Company:
- 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose/treat complex illnesses
- Provide therapeutic interventions like splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
- Apply critical thinking skills and adhere to evidence-based practices
- Thoroughly document patient encounters with precision
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies
- Follow standardized Occupational medical procedures
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine:
- Proficient in basic therapeutic procedures and orthopedic injury management
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Familiarity with medical policies, regulations, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective in handling emergency situations
- Organized with keen attention to detail
