Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client's team. The Senior Project Manager will lead a comprehensive asset management and work management upgrade to optimize operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. This role is based near Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a hybrid role requiring work onsite during the week.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project(s) scope, goals, and deliverables to achieve business outcomes while meeting deadlines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with schedule, scope, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
  • Lead and motivate project team members, foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report project progress.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Project Outcomes:

  • Successful delivery of projects to achieve outcomes delivering on time, on budget, with scope and quality.
  • Enhanced stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Development of best practices and project management standards for the organization as app.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within work and asset management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Essential skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years in project management, work and asset management experience preferrred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $80 - $85 per hour based on caefits andndidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for ben includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 48 hours of safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
