spearhead our strategic initiatives in partnership development and

As our Corporate Relations Manager, you will drive the
development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies,
focusing on fostering relationships with corporate partners to
secure vital financial support through sponsorships, grants, gifts,
and collaborative campaigns. The Corporate Relations Manager is a
highly visible position, responsible for the creative development,
design, implementation and evaluation of corporate fundraising
strategies. This position will own all components of moves
management, inclusive of soliciting and strengthening relationships
with existing corporate partners and identifying potential
partnership opportunities for employee matching programs,
sponsorship and annual support. This position will plan and
implement aggressive fundraising strategies, resulting in increased
revenue and community awareness. Strong emphasis will be placed on
the oversight and intentional growth of the corporate portfolio and
successfully securing annual support for Community Food Share.

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

Serve as the primary contact for corporations and business
partners, developing synergies to achieve their CSR goals, mutually
enhancing the visibility of the partnership, and meeting
organizational goals.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Philanthropy and
other senior leaders to create, implement, and manage comprehensive
fundraising plans and budgets to support the corporate revenue
stream.
Lead portfolio management for new and existing corporate
partners, including prospect identification, research, outreach,
engagement, stewardship, and management of the corporate
recognition framework.
Lead a robust workplace giving program, and grow new workplace
and matching gift partnerships, through employee engagement,
including presenting to employees of corporate partners.
Strategize with senior leaders to create a pipeline for
corporate prospects and executives, corporate volunteers, and
in-kind donors to generate, meet, and sustain revenue goals.
Collaborate with the Events & Cultural Engagement Manager
to identify and secure corporate sponsorships for special events
and to facilitate and steward corporate virtual food
drives.
Represent Community Food Share in community networking,
outreach, fundraisers, and corporate gift acknowledgement
events.

Relationship Management and Administration
Manage day-to-day corporate relationships, and lead high-touch
outreach, including timely impact reports, and development of
activities to encourage further engagement.
Develop benchmarks and short‐ and long‐ term metrics to monitor
and track activities, progress, and effectiveness of corporate
fundraising strategies, in partnership with the Director of
Philanthropy.
Maintain accurate records of all corporate donor records in
Raiser's Edge, inclusive of all moves management actions.
Develop compelling proposals and collateral in partnership with
the Events & Cultural Engagement Manager and Director of
Marketing, sponsorship materials, partnership agreements, and
contracts focused on the values and priorities of corporate
partners, with an emphasis on multi-year relationships.
Collaborate with the Events & Cultural Engagement Manager
to track and manage partnership and event sponsor benefits, and
ensure deliverables are fulfilled and results that are communicated
back to sponsors.
Work with the Volunteer Department to facilitate corporate
volunteer opportunities and activities and develop strategic
engagement plan for engagement during their shifts.
Provide input on the budget, including developing revenue
projections, recognizing monthly and annual variances, and
identifying expenses related to the corporate fundraising
program.
Partner with the Volunteer team on outreach and communications
with corporate volunteer groups.

Culture

Food Share staff to ensure successful program implementation and
ongoing program support.

Travel
Travel locally in service area may be required, as well as
occasional overnight travel for events and conferences.
May attend offsite events as directed.

abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions
of this job:

Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of direct fundraising experience with an
emphasis on corporate gifts, partnership management, fundraising or
a related field or coursework specific to non-profit
development.
Established success as a fundraiser and nonprofit leader.
A background in communications, sales, business, marketing, or
another relevant field is helpful.
Any combination of relevant experiences will be
considered.
Proven ability to effectively manage and grow a robust
portfolio of corporate donors.
Demonstrated experience in raising significant funds for the
advancement of a nonprofit organization.
Experience in establishing and strengthening relationships with
corporations and an understanding of corporate/business culture and
landscape, that result in exceeding revenue targets.
Requires reliable transportation and a flexible schedule as
early morning, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday hours will
be required, specifically Thanksgiving morning.
Valid Colorado Driver's License and evidence of
insurability.

and emerging corporate giving and CSR trends, and best practices in
corporate relations and donor stewardship.
Raiser's Edge NXT experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Classy, and Asana, or another project
management tool is a plus.
MS Office Suite including proficiency in Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Health Related Event Protocol

The Health-Related Event Protocol is in effect anytime required
by federal, state or local health orders, or as required by the
organization for public safety.

Flex Schedule Eligibility: This position is
eligible for a flexible schedule from time to time based on the
needs of the department and the individual. The supervisor
for this position makes the determination for a flex schedule in
consultation with the incumbent. Flex workers may be issued a
laptop on a temporary basis to perform their duties. Flex
workers are required to have a stable, secure internet connection
at the location they are working from. (TEAM ORANGE FLEX)

Vaccination: Community Food Share does not
require proof of vaccination status. However, this position works
directly with the public in the performance of core duties.
Employees serving in public facing positions may be required to
wear a mask and practice social distancing at certain mobile,
donor, or agency facilities regardless of vaccination status.
Further, vaccination status may be required by donor businesses,
agencies, or other facilities. While this is not a requirement of
Community Food Share, it may be a requirement of the donor
business, agency, or facility where we perform our work. Those
unable to comply with outside requirements, are required to speak
directly with their supervisor or HR for assistance in this
matter.

Physical Demands

This position is primarily an office/administrative position
with 90% of duties performed in an office setting. While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit
and/or stand for long periods. Employee is frequently required to
reach with hands and arms. Employee may be required to bend, kneel,
crouch, crawl, push, pull, stoop, climb stairs and ladders,
balance, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time; use hands
to finger, grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms above
the shoulder; be able to talk; and hear with or without aid. The
employee may occasionally lift, leverage, and/or move up to 50
pounds repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color
vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

functions of this job.

Work Schedule

Generally, the workweek is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM; however, occasional evenings, weekends and holidays may be
required to achieve the goals of the department. Specifically,
Thanksgiving morning is a required offsite holiday event that must
be attended by all Philanthropy department personnel.

Work Environment

Community Food Share operates in a working warehouse
environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving equipment.
The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places; outside
weather conditions; and extreme cold in the walk-ins. The noise
level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be loud
with machinery and equipment in operation.

The work environment characteristics described above are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job.

The hiring pay range for this position is $60,000 to
$75,000 per year.

NO relocation allowance is allotted for this position. Out
of state residents will need to make their own arrangements to
relocate in state to the Boulder area.
