Responsibilities Mow lawn using hand, power, or riding mower and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
Landscape by planting and watering flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
Sweep walkway of debris and install lawn furniture
Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
Trim shrubs and pull weeds
Able to be licensed by state gaming commission
Hold and maintain a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facility required

No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
Ability to use ladders and perform various types of manual labor
Ability to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally
Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
