What You'll Do:

As a Quality Technician, you'll be a key contributor in ensuring our products meet the specifications necessary for high-quality production. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide line clearance.
  • Inspect tubing for visual defects.
  • Inspect tubing for dimensional specifications (using ring gages, pin gages vision system, snap gage, etc.)
  • Conduct functional and mechanical testing.
  • In-line inspection in production room
  • Inspect annealing and heat shrink expansion.
  • Document inspection results.
  • Read and interpret product drawings and specifications.

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Must have three (3) or more years of quality control/assurance experience working in a manufacturing environment and previous on the job experience.
  • A well-rounded knowledge of the practices, tools, equipment, methods, and materials used in quality assurance environment.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize actions.
  • Continuous learning mindset, particularly in understanding product conformity.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Basic Math skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently, lifting up to 5 pounds at 50% of the day, occasionally, lifting up to 25 pounds at 20% of the day and occasionally, lifting up to 50 pounds at 5% of the day.
  • Static Standing/Sitting– occasional at 10% of the day.
  • Dynamic Standing/Walking – occasional at 10% of the day.
  • Pushing/Pulling (rough) poundage of force – occasional at 5% of the day.
  • Floor to knuckle lift/lower – occasional at 3% of the day.
  • Knuckle to shoulder lift/lower – occasional at 3% of the day.
  • Sustained Bending – occasional at 5% of the day.
  • Use hands to finger or handle or touch – frequently at 50% of the day.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl – occasional at 10% of the day.
