Job Description
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and oversee technical resources in the design, development, and implementation of programs to support My Client's leadership in Aerospace Composites and Space Launch/Satellite systems.Build and scale an effective engineering team and infrastructure to achieve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and key performance objectivesSales & Customer Engagement:Follow My Client's Sales Process to secure new business and programs.Collaborate with the sales team to develop successful solutions and proposals.
Compliance & Quality:Partner with My Client's compliance organization to ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.Coordinate the design and validation of new equipment, products, software, and processes.
Project Management & Planning:Ensure the smooth and effective launch of new programs into manufacturing.Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects, including preparation of expenditure records, research findings, progress reports, and staff meetings to update management on project status.Recommend budgets for staff, technology, facilities, and equipment needs or improvements.
