RV Demo Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Demo Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV East Montpelier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the features and benefits of our RV products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

• Work closely with the Prep Manager to prepare and demonstrate RVs to customers, providing a comprehensive and engaging experience.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect RV for their needs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free purchasing process.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our RV products, including features, benefits, and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the RV industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
