· Take the lead in managing thousands of electronic parts ensuring material is available to support the manufacturing schedule.
· Assist removal of excess material and coordinate the addition and removal of parts to common inventory.
· Work with peers across the country to fill requirements at their given locations.
· Utilize the Company Rough Cut Capacity Planning tool and analyze the output while working closely with manufacturing leadership as they plan their headcount requirements.
· Present changes to firm and forecasted demand to senior leadership on a monthly basis.
​​​​​​· Work with a cross functional team that supports the manufacturing process.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent planning/inventory control/material management experience.
  • Above average ability using MS 365 software suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person or electronically.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership periodically.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others.
  • Process and Systemic aptitude.
  • Always looking to learn more and willing to try new things.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Defense industry experience.
  • APICS certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with:
    • Oracle ERP
    • Tableau
    • TIPQA
    • Microsoft BI

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $101747

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
