What you will be doing?

As a member of the Implementation-Conversion team, you will support our clients by providing technical analyst support to the teams responsible for effective and timely implementation and conversion of 401K plans.

  • Processes files provided by recordkeepers to contribute to sub teams whose aim is new client implementation/conversion
  • Provides file output internally to sub teams
  • Isolates and resolves complex problems using appropriate diagnostic tools
  • Manages and coordinates test activities for assigned application

What you will need:

  • 401K plan sponsor file experience
  • Good working knowledge of web development and debugging tools
  • Understands principles of multiple applications development methodologies
  • Excel and Macro experience
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
