Job Overview

Analyze records for completeness, identifying missing signatures or reports for inpatient and outpatient documents. Enter deficiency data into system accurately and timely. Assigning the appropriate physician for completeness.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three to six months related clerical experience preferred
