Shift Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 9am-9:15pm or TBD

Overtime is paid after 40 hours; typical OT available is at least one shift per month

Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to ensure product quality meets specifications
- Train and oversee thorough inspection of completed labels for errors and defects
- Identify, recommend, and lead Lean improvement initiatives
- Supervise work based on finishing spec sheet and priorities assigned
- Prepare and maintain documentation for finishing tasks
- Promote a safety culture emphasizing accountability, engagement, and recognition

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 9:15 PM

-Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, ISO quality systems, and Lean Six Sigma principles- Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor, motivate, and train a diverse team, enhancing customer service standards organization-wide
- Effective time management across multiple long- and short-term projects, consistently meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal and collaborative skills for working effectively with diverse personalities
- Commitment to high levels of customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and needs of internal and external stakeholders

High School

- High school or Vocational/Technical degree
- 2+ years? printing experience, preferably in the flexographic print industry
- Mechanical aptitude
- 1+ years? experience in a front-line supervisor role
