Primary Responsibilities:
- Engineering Management
- Manage team doing research and design of network systems as appropriate to support applications and/or operations
- Align network designs to meet business needs
- Lead analysis on existing networks to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements
- Participate in operating and capital budget planning and execution to plan
- Customer Management
- Coordinate network services for systems to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage customer relationships by negotiating service, solving problems, and resolving conflict
- Participate in RFP's and vendor selection activities
- People Management
- Recruit, hire, train and retain team members
- Provide regular performance reviews and feedback
- Organize, plan and schedule resources to assigned projects/tasks
- Ensure teams are meeting SLA commitments for incident and service request resolution

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an IT network engineering role (LAN/WAN/Wireless) or a related position
- Reside in MN or WI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DAS systems
- Experience managing IT infrastructure vendor relationships
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
