- Proven experience in administering and supporting mid to large-scale SAP applications.
- Familiarity with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, in-memory database technology (HANA), and associated hardware.
- Experience with HA/DR technologies and Linux environments.
- Collaboration with infrastructure teams to implement configuration best practices.
- Scripting knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in regulated environments subject to compliance controls (e.g., SOX, FDA).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and collaborative skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on prioritizing workload and managing commitments.
- Proficient presentation skills.
