job summary:
We are looking for an experience architect (XA) for a premier client in the financial services industry. This professional will be adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability.

This role is hybrid in one of the following locations:

responsibilities:
Delivers concrete, end-to-end solutions that help define a product vision within a high-level problem or opportunity space.

Shows confident leadership skills.

Clearly and succinctly articulates the goals of a team, leads collaboration within their design and quad teams and actively contributes feedback to product-level decisions.

Leverages appropriate tools to demonstrate design vision and execution, as well as its impact on development and customer experience. Technical Skills are:

Agile Methodologies Additional skills:

any content abilities are a huge plus

accessibility - working knowledge of WCAG guidelines

presenting and defending design rationale Qualification:

Bachelors in a design related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study or years of relevant professional experience required

In terms of years experience, I am looking for more of a senior role, and I hope the rate allows for it. 10 years in financial services would be great, with investments a huge bonus.
