How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

Delta is on a journey to become a world-class retailer, changing the way Delta can sell and service flight and ancillary products and improve the overall customer experience. To achieve this goal, Delta's Retail Strategy is to focus on dynamically manufacturing products, offering the most relevant product to customers in their channel of choice, and servicing those products when plans change.

This role will lead the vision and execution of IT development roadmaps that support our overall Retail Strategy.

We are looking for candidates who are motivated by solving problems, exhibit curiosity to understand current processes, and can think creatively to identify solutions.
