Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity to become a Staff Physical Therapist, per diem, in the Ambulatory Care Center / Outpatient at NYU Langone Health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and evaluations of physical therapy needs
- Implement Treatment Plans according to professional standards
- Complete all required documentation for patient care and reimbursement
- Participate in Clinical Education of Fieldwork students
- Maintain proficiency in treating assigned patient population
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit. Good communication and interpersonal skills. BLS certification OR Heartsaver CPR/AED certification upon entry to the position.
Required Licenses: Phys Thrpst Temp Permit-NYS, Phys Thrpst License-NYS
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
