This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: A dynamic Public Sector Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing marketing activities in support of RingCentral's Public Sector organization. This individual will drive the delivery of our marketing strategy, messaging, content, activities and campaigns. This role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with product management, sales and marketing functions among others.
This position works very closely with our partners supporting the public sector and will require exceptional collaboration skills across different stakeholders and partners. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication, leadership and cross functional partnering skills.
Job Duties:

  • Demand Generation - Help identify and grow marketing pipeline through quarterly demand generation campaigns (webinars, collateral, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach.
  • Adapt RingCentral campaigns for our public sector teams and manage execution with industry third parties.
  • Sales Enablement - Enable RingCentral and service provider sales teams to conduct product training on technology features, best practices and sales plays; serve as a liaison between sales and extended RingCentral Marketing team to provide updates on latest offerings, promotions, activities, and trends.
  • Product Release and Launches - Work with RingCentral product and sales teams to adapt feature updates and launch new solutions
  • Content Marketing - Create pitch decks and other product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the federal and SLED markets . Build influence and win mindshare.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience working for technology or communication companies supporting the public sector market
  • Skilled in generating content, collateral and other materials in support of sales teams
  • Experience in coordinating events, trade shows, seminars and webinars
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Vibrant and upbeat attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
  • BS degree, continued training and education preferred

If you are hired in Washington, the compensation range for this position is between $88,550 and $164,450 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
