This is a job listing for a **CACMAT Team Member** position at **Army HRC CAC**.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a professional customer service specialist delivering military HR services in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Lead a team within a specific MPD work center, providing technical guidance and input on employee duty performance.
  • Coordinate with unit administrative personnel, conduct briefings, and counsel Soldiers and Family Members on HR procedures.
  • Demonstrate intermediate-level knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Research records and military documents to verify accuracy.
  • Plan and accomplish goals with creativity and flexibility.
  • Collect workload and performance data, monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  • Complete all other assigned duties as necessary.
Other Job Requirements:
Applicants must have **at least three years** of recent experience in U.S. Army HR.

Must possess a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 or Tier 1 suitability investigation.
