The DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS reviews, analyzes, and evaluates Campbell & Co's business procedures. They are responsible for Implementing policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. Ensures work environments are adequate and safe. Oversees the retail sales, production, purchasing, and inventory departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.This job oversees two busy shops so candidates should be energetic and enthusiastic as well as great multi-taskers

Required skills and qualifications4 or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field Experience in developing budgets and business plans Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, such as google suite, excel, quickbooks, square POS for retail, and others.
