Net Revenue Manager

About the role

To role focuses on establishing & achieving the revenue & profitability goals.

Created to execute NRM agenda and projects by following NRM strategies, policies, and processes with the ultimate goal to drive disproportional growth of gross profit.

Role Responsibilities

NRM Planning & Execution:

Lead Country NRM planning process with direct contribution to MAPs and 3/1 Plan Lead Country NRM execution and delivery of projects Represent RO in NRM Performance review process with BU NRM team Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level by creation of reports and NRM automatization Drive progress across all NRM pillars: Brand portfolio pricing and price pack architecture Lead country pricing process for entire portfolio to optimize price positioning in line with brand strategy Cooperate with Analytics, Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance Team and coordinate price elasticity studies for power brands. Translate brand price positioning into channel/customer price strategy Implement shelf price monitoring (Haleon and key competitors) to track price strategy implementation and capture potential price increase opportunity Lead 'Floor Pricing' project in country, delivering robust 3net price analyses and mitigation actions that will lead to reducing potential gap to floor Support NPI process with price recommendation (All new NPIs above floor) Lead development of price pack architecture strategy per channel/customer aligned to brand strategy and global price maps Monitor implementation, results and competitors activities Review strategy annually during 3/1 planning process, adjust to manage risk or to capture opportunity Support implementation of price increases with building the selling story for the customers Promotional effectiveness management Set promotional framework per brand/channel/customer based on brand strategy Follow robust process and use tools for promotion evaluation to maximize ROI Regularly review promotional framework based on internal (promo evaluation) and external (competitors activities tracking, market data, best practices) insights Ensure all relevant insights are shared in the organization to drive capabilities and increase effectiveness Active mix management Own Channel / Customer Mix Management (where to invest choices, performance tracking, customer insight) Drive Core Assortment strategy development and implementation (maximize profitability of active mix) Using market data and insights co-develop channel/customer segmentation Recommend investment allocation to maximize effectiveness Support channel/customer/brand/SKU mix strategy development Lead SKU rationalization process Trade Investment management Drive implementation of Commercial Growth Framework project with ultimate goal to accelerate sales growth, identify trade efficiencies and improve trade investment ROI Identify G2N inefficiencies and build recommendations for improvement Drive G2N understanding and capabilities across all departments Work closely with Finance on design, implementation and robust process of TI management aligned with key stakeholders ensuring data accuracy, process discipline, insight generation and solutions recommendation to ensure full compliance with G2N targets per channel Why you?Basic Qualifications: 5+ years experience in building NRM strategies (Pricing, Promo, G2N, Mix) Background in sales, finance, analytics or related field is a plus Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation Good ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships and capacity to work in a matrix, managing and influencing a number of key strategic partners (GMs, Channel Heads) Fluent English and Romanian Language skills. Preferred Qualifications: Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity. Ability to find solutions and move things forward. Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making.
